Sussex; which Joan, god willing, John Saunder would take to wife - of an annual rent of 20s. sterling issuing out of a tenement, 72 acres of land in Charlewode called Oddeworth, and 5 crofts of land (as before). To hold for the life of the said Joan, if it should happen that the said John Saunder should die while she is living. With power of distress.
