Description	That Nicholas Oddeworth gave to Nicholas Oddeworth his nephew (or grandson, `nepoti') and Alice his wife and the heirs of their bodies a messuage and 60 acres of land; which Nicholas and Alice had issue Clement, the elder son, and John, the younger, and died. After which &c. the said John the younger son entered and had issue Joan and Alice, and the said Joan took to husband Thomas Saunder and Alice took to husband one John Bowyer; and afterwards the said John Bowyer and Alice released the right of the pourparty of the said Alice to the said Thomas Saunder and Joan. The said Thomas Saunder and Joan had issue between them Richard Saundre and died; which Richard entered and thereof enfeoffed John Jurdan, Thos. Drewe, Thos. atte Hide, John Moton, and John Saundre, now the holders &c Clement the elder son of the said Nicholas Oddeworthe the nephew, and Alice had issue Richard Oddeworth, the present claimant
