| Description | By William Everich (sic), vicar of the church of Cherlewode to Agnes de Cleworth (?) and the heirs of her body of a messuage with curtilage and 1½ acres of land which sometime were William the Smyth's, lying in Cherlewode Also a croft of arable land called Ballockesham sometime the said William the Smyth's lying in the said parish Also all the grantor's part of a meadow which he acquired of Walter le Wyte containing 2 acres in the said parish Also a croft of land called Edoles Ruden which he acquired of Thos. le Man containing 2½ acres Also a croft called the Bakhus croft in Cherlewod which he acquired of the said Thos. le Man Also a croft of land called the Rusteshelde which sometime was Walter Slouterwyk's in the said parish
