Middx.), esq., and w. Frances, and Dorcas Kendall of North Walsham (co. Norfolk), wid. (which Frances and Dorcas are two other of the daus. of said Sir Richard by Dame Dorcas, his last wife)
Manors of Shripney in South Bersted and manor of South Bersted, heretofore of said Sir Richard Ashfield and now in the possession of said John Isham and Dorcas Kendall
The fine to be levied from (a), at the request and costs of said John Isham and Dorcas Kendall, to (b) in consideration of £1,900 paid by said John Isham to (a), being the sum mentioned as the consideration in an assignment of mortgage, dated the previous day, of part of the above properties, to extinguish the interest of said William Selby and of said Elizabeth, his wife, as heir at law to said Sir John Ashfield, for the confirming of the titles of (b) to the properties, and for the barring and foreclosing all equity of redemption. Release from (a) to (c) of the right of said Elizabeth to the part, as one of the children of Sir Richard Ashfield by Dame Margaret his wife or as heir to Sir John Ashfield, in a bond, 20 May 1663, in the penalty of £4,000, from said Sir Richard Ashfield to the Lady Rogers, for the payment of £1,500 and interest
