Mortgage for securing £100 by 1000 year lease between (a) Joseph Tipper of Rogate, wheelwright, and (b) Benjamin Long of Rogate, yeo. of a messuage or dwellinghouse with the piece of garden ground at the front and the peice of ground at the back with the cellar, privy and well thereon, containing 5p. and 44 feet. Also the carpenters shop and woodhouse adjoining to the woodhouse and garden of William Tipper. Also the lower part of the orchard there containing 1r. 4½p. All of which premises are at Fyning, and are in the occupation of Amelia Tipper
