Recites that a recognizance by statute staple in £1,000, 14 Dec. 1639, from Sir Thomas Lunsford to John, Lord Craven, was not paid, and an inquisition, 24 Dec. 1646, at Horsham showed that he was possessed of the above property which therefore was taken in payment. John, Lord Craven, died and letters of administration of his estate were granted to William, Lord Craven (as above), his brother. |
